Graduate Medical Education Information

Welcome to Sinai-Grace Hospital!

Sinai-Grace has a long history of providing excellent clinical training for students of all health professions. As the largest hospital in the Detroit Medical Center, we offer a diverse patient population with a wide range of medical conditions.

Students in the Department of Medicine are integrated into the daily teaching activities of the department, including morning report, teaching rounds, noon conferences, and grand rounds. We also offer social events for students to get to know each other and the faculty.

Students on general medical wards will have both a resident and faculty supervisor. Subspecialty rotations will have residents and a subspecialist faculty supervisor. In addition to these structured didactic activities, students will have many opportunities to provide direct patient care under the supervision of experienced physicians.

We are confident that you will have an excellent clinical educational experience at Sinai-Grace. We look forward to welcoming you to our community!
